Vt liu: (5-6 phn n)
- 3 lbs. c catfish filet
- 1 c hnh ty
- 3 b rau tha l
- 1 b hnh l
- 3 mung c-ph nh ging bt
- 2 mui m, lc ly nܧc ǥc (khng c cng ܮc)
- 6 tp ti, p dp, bm nh
- 8 hay 10 c hnh hoa, p dp, bm nh
- 1/2 mung c-ph ܩng
- 1 mung c-ph nh mui
- 1/2 mung c-ph nh mm tm
- 1 1/2 mung c-ph nh bt ngh
- 4 mung sp du
- 250 gram u phng rang
- bt ti, mm tm, chanh, bnh trng, t
- 1 1/2 gi bn (5 ngܩi n ܮc 2 ba)
Cch thc hin: - Lc c ht xng, thi vt ming dy, ܧp vi ging bt (hoc ging gi nh), m, ti, hnh p dp bm nh, ܩng, mui, mm tm, bt ngh, du, bt ti. Чp chng 2 hay 3 ting hoc ܧp cng lu cng tt.
- Thi mng hnh ty, ngm dm.
- Pha chanh, ܩng, t vi mm tm Nj lm nܧc chm.
- Ct khc tha l v hnh l, lt dܧi lin. C nܧng chn, xp ln trn tha l v hnh l, ri li rc tha l v hnh l ln, c tng lp mt nh vy. Cch Nܧng C:
- Vn l 375 Ƕ, Nj chng 10 pht cho nng l, khi bt u nܧng c th vn xung 350 Ƕ. C xp trn v Nj vo khay nܧng l tng trn (vn "bake"), nܧng chng 10 pht, c hi se li th ly ra, rܧi cht du ln mt c Nj khi b kh. Tip tc nܧng khong 20 ljn 25 pht, thy c vng th lt mt c, nܧng thm chng 10 pht, c vng NJu th rܧi thm cht du ri vn l 500 Ƕ (hoc vn "broil", ty theo l nng nhiu hay t). c xung l tng dܧi t 3 ljn 5 pht, c vng thm l ܮc; ng nܧng lu qu, c s b kh. Phi canh chng ko c chy. Cch luc bn (cho 1/2 lb. bn kh):
- Nu si khong 2 lt nܧc ri th bn vo, ch nܧc si, dng a khuy Nj bn ri ra. Nu khong 5 pht, ǰ bn ra r, x li nܧc lnh, dng a xi vi ln Nj bn ti ra.
